There is a 13% buyer's premium on this project.  

Special Instructions: Item numbers 177 Milling machine, 178 Tool grinder, 191 Wood lathe, 192 Metal lathe must be picked up on Friday, July 7, 2023 from 10a-2p (unless other arrangements made with project manager. These items are heavy and YOU MUST have equipment and manpower to move them. Garage is accessible for a fork lift.


The auction will end 2 items per every 1 minute starting at 8pm on WEDNESDAY JULY 5, 2023

BIDDING WILL HAVE AUTOMATIC EXTENSIONS... IF A BID IS PLACED IN THE LAST 5 MINUTES THE BIDDING TIME WILL EXTEND ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.  BOTH REAL TIME CURRENT BIDS AND MAX BIDS CAN BE PLACED.
